Our Memorial Weekend

We went down to my parents on friday night for Memorial Weekend. The kids helped grandma plant some flowers and played on the swing set. We roasted hot dogs and marshmellows and the kids found grandpa's new toy lots of fun. The older boys got to take turns pullling everyone around in the wagon behind the lawn mower. The weather was beautiful. We had so much fun.




















Today Chelsea made Jennifer's WoNdErFuL Applesauce Chocolate Chip Cookies. They turned out GREAT! The recipe makes a HUGE batch, which is good because they go real fast.

We Have A "Sugar Baby"!!!

Well, I am very happy to announce that Aubree made the competition team. She is now one of the "Sugar Babies" for 5-6-7-8 Dance. YEAH!!! Jordyn, Mykah and her cousin Hallie are also on the team. I am so excited for her. She will hopefully have a blast. :)

Fun + Fun + Fun = BUSY

Aubree had a dance performance at Minidoka Hospital today at 4:00. After wards we went and ate dinner at Doc's Pizza because we had a soccer game in Rupert also at 7:00.

After dinner we had an hour to waste before the soccer game so we went to the park right on the square in Rupert.

Keyerra and Shaylin were swinging in the swing together. They both absolutly loved it. I guess i might have to put the video's in a seperate blog? It was lots of fun.

Cauldron Lynn

Friday Gavin and I went to Cauldron Lynn (not sure how to spell it) with my neighbor Amanda and her two boys. Melissa watched Shaylin and picked up Aubree from school so that I was able to go and spend some one on one time with Gavin. Let me tell you.....it was such a fun expirience. I LOVED IT. Amanda took us through Milner, which I don't remember ever going through. We saw part of the Oregon Trail and some other neat sights. We also got to see a bunch of wild life. We saw about 5 deer, owls, hawks, and rabbits. I was just glad we didn't see any snakes. The water was real low so we went for a little hike along the water on all the rocks. Gavin loved jumping from rock to rock. We took a little picnic lunch and really enjoyed the outdoors. It was a beautiful day! I can't wait for our next adventure. THANKS AMANDA!
