Today being Father's Day I wanted to let Clay know how much we love him. He works so hard for his family and if it wasn't for him we wouldn't have this beautiful family that we have. I know that he feels sometimes overwhelmed or that he doesn't do enough, but we love you just the way you are DADDY!

Friday morning Clay & I met Mom & Chelsea at the Twin exit. We picked Heather up in King Hill. I got to see were Jessica's house is. Let me just tell you it looks just as big up on the hill in real life as it does in the pictures. Awesome Jess! That is so exciting.
We went to Boise shopping for Nate and Heather's up coming wedding which is August
8th. We really did get real lucky. I think we found real pretty dresses for the brides maides and Heather also got her dress and almost all the little additions needed. It was a really nice trip. We don't do it nearly enough that's for sure. Thanks Heather for the fun trip. I LOVE YOU ALL! Here a few pictures of us girls just having fun.

Chelsea dropped me off at home and still had to go get Keyerra. One of the first things Shaylin said was "KiKi". She was asking were Keyerra was! Oh My Gosh. So, Chelsea brought Keyerra over after she went and got her. Shaylin was so excited and happy. She wouldn't stop giving her loves. We were able to get a couple pictures. This was so sweet because Shaylin isn't usually the one giving the loves. It is usually Keyerra and Shaylin always gets mad.

Everything Happens For A Reason........BUT WHY?

Clay & I left for Boise thursday night. We left around 7:30 and checked into our hotel around 9:30. We decided to go find a gas station to grab a drink and a snack. We went back to our hotel and was able to go sit in the hot tub. I actually swam a little bit also. Afterwards we went back to our room and cleaned up. (We were planning on going to the temple friday morning and then Clay would head back home to go back to work and I was going to meet MOM, Chels & Heather for our girls trip). Well, just as I got out of the shower Clay brought me the phone. It was his mom (they had the kids). The first thing she said to me was "I let Shaylin fall down the stairs". Of coarse I was scared. My father-in-law had taken her to the ER because she had vomited a couple times. She really did want to go to sleep and they knew that that was a sign of a concusion. As soon as I got off the phone I went down to the front desk to see if we could get a refund. We had only been checked in for one hour. The lady at the front desk told us that would be fine. I went back to the room and Clay had decided that we were going to head home. I was so scared! I wish so bad that I wasn't two hours away when my baby needed me. Anyway, as Clay took all our bags out to the car I went to the front desk to check out. Come to find out it wasn't that easy. I had made reservation through hotels.com so I had to call them. I called them on the road and tried to take care of it. I had to end up calling them a couple times. The weird thing is that I actually wrote the phone number AND THE CONFIRMATION NUMBER down. I NEVER write them down. We were able to get our money back. While driving home the Dr. in the ER had called and talked to Clay. Shaylin was doing really good and they weren't worried about her. She was going to be able to go home and we were to wake her every two hours and keep an eye on her. Grandpa said he got the best loves ever. We made it home around 1:00 AM and as soon as I walked in the door I was so relieved. I knew that she would be o.k.
I just have to say THANK YOU to grandma & grandpa! I know that you felt really bad about the whole situation, but it was not your fault. Accidents happen and we don't know why, but everything happends for a reason. YOU BOTH MADE THE RIGHT DECISION AND I KNOW THAT SHE IS LOVED AND VERY WELL TAKEN CARE OF!!!
Friday morning after Shaylin woke up and we knew she was doing well, Clay & I took Shaylin back to grandma for some much needed loves. Clay was going to take me to Twin to meet Mom & Chels so we could continue our plans. Before I left I had to take a picture of my baby and my big kids. The weird thing is I was missing Shaylin before I even left on thursday. I LOVE MY KIDS!!! I thank Heavenly Father for them every day. I don't know what or where I would be without them in my life. We are truely so BLESSED!

Sleepover & Broken Finger

Wednesday night we had a sleepover. We had Taygon & Taylee over to relieve Shantala. I have been wanting to help her or do something for her ever since she had Taybree and hadn't done anything yet. The kids had a blast. Riley even said "Mom we are spoiled right now huh." They had McDonnald's, watched a movie and just played. They were good. I LOVE MY KIDS and I wanted to do something fun and special for them because I was going to be gone for TWO nights.




Riley had his Dr.'s appt. thursday so I decided to take a picture before they took the brace off.



I can't believe how swollen and bruised his hand was even after 10 days. Riley ended up getting a cast put on and I don't have any picture's just yet. He has to wear it for four weeks. I think I am going to be calling the Dr.'s office on monday because his cast is already falling apart. I know that they didn't actually put the cast on right.
